E-SUNLON^™ the new eco-sustainable nylon yarn made by EVERSUN JINJIANG.

It’s a regeneration material from waste fabrics and clothes with developing of  Eversun Jinjiang’s technology and textiles skills, makes post-comsumer recycled  possible and replaces the virgin materials,the real textile to textile(T2T)comes true.

It redefines the life and promotes the sustainable development of Society,  Environment and Economy. So we named it as “E-SUNLON^™”.

Process

ECO-Friendly

Using every 1 ton of product, reduce oil consumption by 6 tons

Reduce 3.2 tons of co2 emissions, which is equivalent to the amount of carbon dioxide absorbed by 400 large trees.

Fabric woven from Recycled Yarn per Kilogram, which save oil consumption 24.4kg,save crude oil consumption 4.4kg.

CERTIFACTIONS

E-SUNLON^™ has achieved GRS (GLOBAL Recycled Standard),EPD (Environmental Product Declaration), and LCA (Life Cycle Assessment).
